De Rotterdam is realized in a special location at the Wilheminapier in Rotterdam. The building was designed by OMA Architects and developed by MAB Development together with OVG Project Development. The building consists of high-quality offices, luxury apartments, four-star design hotel, shops, hospitality, fitness and cultural functions. The building also has ample parking, through a parking garage. Therefore, “De Rotterdam” is also called the vertical city next to the river Maas.
